All purchases of a QU4D subscription are non refundable, please ensure all your questions or queries have been answered prior to you completing your purchase.

We reserve the right not to use your choice of domain name and provide you with an alternative domain name should it contain rude, vulgar or offensive words or has already been taken and is unavailable.

It can take up to two hours to setup your personal QU4D system, however, it is usually instant, once your personal QU4D system has been setup, we will email you with full login instructions to access your account so you can start using your system.
